Teriyaki Sauce

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1-1/2 Tbsp. corn starch

In a small saucepan heat soy sauce, sugar, water, garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil. Stir in corn starch and boil for a couple of minutes until thickened.
