3/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
Soak oats in buttermilk for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Drop on hot griddle and flip when edges are golden.
