Hot Fudge

1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. light corn syrup
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Bring cream and corn syrup to a simmer in a heavy medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolates and stir until smooth.
