1 c. fresh basil
1/3 c. pinenuts
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. whipping cream
Chop basil, nuts and garlic in a food processor. Gradually add oil until smooth. Add cheese. Begin cream to a boil in a saucepan. Whisk in pesto. Season with salt and pepper and add remaining cheese.
