Snickerdoodles

 1/2 c. butter

1/2 c. shortening

1-1/2 c. sugar

2 eggs

2-3/4 c. flour

2 tsp. cream of tartar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and shortening. Add sugar and eggs. mix in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Roll in balls and then roll in cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
