Cornbread Stuffing

 1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic

3 celery ribs, chopped

4-5 c. cornbread

1 tsp. sage

1/2 c. Italian parsley

1-1/2 tsp. thyme

3 Tbsp. milk or butter

salt and pepper

Saute onion in oil for one minute. Add garlic and celery. Cook for two more minutes. Combine all ingredients and spread in 9X9 pan. Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
