Black Bean Salad

 2 cans black beans, divided

1 can corn, drained

2 tomatoes, diced

1/4 c. bell pepper, diced

1/4 c. green onion, sliced

1/4 c. pineapple, tidbits

1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeno, chopped

4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

juice of 1/2 a lime

3 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

pinch of cumin

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour.
