TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 lb. ground turkey
1-1/2 tsp. seasoning salt or smoked salt
1-1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of clove
pinch of red pepper flakes
pinch of cayenne
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
butter and olive oil for frying
Mix ground turkey and spices in bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Pat meat into patties and cook in skillet over medium-high heat in oil.
