Greek Dressing

GREEK DRESSING
8 servings; 2 Tbsp per serving


1/2 c. EVOO

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 c. lemon juice

2 tsp. dried oregano

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt

2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped


Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and shake.
